- System & Device Data: Device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens (Firebase FCM).
2. In-App Operations and Approvals
To ensure a transparent, fair, and secure loyalty program for building contractors and suppliers, the SBBMS application operates under the following validation procedures:
Purchase Review & Approval
When you record building material purchases or uploads in the application to claim token points, the entry is registered as "Pending". To verify authenticity and prevent fraudulent submissions, the system Administrator (Admin) reviews and approves each transaction entry before token points are credited to your wallet.
Token Redemption Approval
When you redeem your accumulated token points for schemes or rewards offered within the app, the redemption request is sent to the Admin for review and approval. No rewards are disbursed or processed until verified and approved by our administrative team.
3. Payments and Billing Disclosures
To safeguard user privacy and financial security, please carefully note the following disclosures regarding payment processing within the application:
No In-App Payment Processing
The SBBMS application does NOT integrate any payment gateways, process online card payments, or handle banking credentials (such as UPI IDs, credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking passwords).
Offline Transactions: All financial payments, billing settlements, and invoicing for building materials ordered or supplied are conducted entirely offline or through pre-established external billing processes directly with Shri Balaj Building Material and Supplier. The app is strictly designed for operational tracking of material transfers, token collection, and loyalty reward administration.
4. Use of Information
SBBMS uses the collected data for various operational purposes:
- To maintain, personalize, and improve our services.
- To manage your contractor account and verify credentials.
- To process and audit purchase entries and reward redemptions.
- To send important push notifications (e.g. status updates of submissions).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized transactions.
5. Data Sharing and Retention
We do not sell or lease your personal information. Your data is only shared with trusted logic partners, logistics teams, or legal authorities when required to fulfill orders, ensure compliance, or enforce terms.
We retain transaction logs for legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory compliance even if you choose to request account deletion.
6. Your Rights and Deletion Requests
You can request to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. When deleted, your active profile records will be purged from our systems.
