Last Updated: June 24, 2026

Welcome to SBBMS (Shri Balaj Building Material and Supplier). These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with and use of our mobile application and backend services. Please read them carefully before utilizing our platform.

By registering or using the application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Accounts and Verification

To use the SBBMS application, you must be a registered contractor or construction materials client:

2. Order Logging & Admin Approvals

SBBMS app operates as a tracking and rewards tool for physical construction supplies:

Purchase Auditing & Approval

When you record a building material purchase or upload invoices/bills inside the app, the transaction is registered as pending review. The Admin must verify and approve the submission before reward points/tokens are officially credited to your profile. Any invalid, duplicate, or cancelled bills will be rejected.

Redemptions Approval

Any tokens or points earned within SBBMS can be used to request rewards or participate in schemes. All redemption requests are subject to Admin verification and approval before rewards are prepared or issued offline.

3. Payments, Billing & Offline Transactions

Please review our payment disclosure to understand our app operations clearly:

No In-App Invoices or Payments Processing

The SBBMS application is strictly a ledger and loyalty rewards tracking system. There are no features to enter payment credentials, pay bills online, or process cash or card payments directly within the app.

Offline Settlement: All payments for building supplies, deliveries, logistics, and material costs are handled and paid entirely offline or through pre-negotiated invoice payment options directly with our office. The app displays products, pricing estimates, and earned rewards but does not handle actual monetary transfers.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Users of the application must adhere to constructive practices:

5. Account Deletion and Retention

You have the right to request deletion of your account. Requests can be submitted via the Account Deletion Page. Active profiles will be closed, but transactional database entries are retained in compliance with local taxation and supplier record-keeping regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

SBBMS and its administrative officers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application services, errors in token calculation prior to admin verification, or network issues.
